  • Fish Curry Masala: Marinate 500 gm. fish in 1 tbsp. besan, 1 tbsp.Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp. turmeric powder, 1 tbsp. salt, 2tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp. oil. After 30 min shallow fry the fish on both sides.

For the curry, blend onion, tomato, ginger, and garlic into a smooth paste. Heat oil; add mustard seeds, green chillies, and blended paste. After the oil separates add 1 tbsp. Fish Curry Masala, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt.

  • Add water according to the required consistency, add fish pieces, and cook on low flame.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with boiled rice or chapatti.
