  • Rajma Masala:  Soak 250 gm. Rajma overnight. Pressure cook with 1tbsp. salt till it is soft.
  • For the masala, heat the cooking oil in a pan. Add 1 bay leaf, ½ tbsp. cumin, and 1 ½ tbsp. ginger garlic paste. Add onion paste and sauté till golden brown. Now add tomato puree along with ¼ turmeric, and ½ tbsp. red chilli powder, 1 tbsp. Rajma Masala, 1 tbsp. coriander powder and ½ tbsp. salt.

Sauté the mixture till it leaves the pan. Then add the cooked rajma along with water for desired curry consistency. Cover the pan and simmer on low flame for 10 min. Garnish with heeng and dry red chilli tadka in desi ghee.
