Shahi Mutton Masala

  • Heat 3 tbsp. cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add 3 finely sliced onions, 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste.
  • Add 500 gm. mutton pieces and roast until colour changes.
  • Add salt to taste, 1 tbsp. red chilli powder, 1 tbsp. coriander powder, ½ tbsp. cumin powder, and 1tbsp.ShahiMutton Masala, cook on low flame.
  • Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and1 a cup of yoghurt. Pour water and cook till the mutton is tender. Add a few drops of kewra mixed in ¼ cup of water.
